We are pulling out all the stops to get through these self-isolation days. We thought we would share some family tennis training in the driveway.
Not sure there was much training going on, but we did have fun. ?
Break out the mini nets and play with us.
1.Touch Tennis: Play games to 7, in a small area.
2. Skin Volley: Work on your volleys while trying to hit your opponent. Highly recommend using red or orange balls.
3. Edgies: Count how many times you can hit the ball off the frame of your racquet (up and down)
