Hit Forehands From Middle Of The Court

Simple Tennis Tactic: Hit More Forehands From The Middle Of The Court (Drill Included)

It’s been a while since our last post. But we are back!

Over the last few weeks, we have been shaking the rust off, like most of you. I have a lot more rust compared to Cade… actually my rust may never shake off. ๐Ÿ˜

We wanted to share with you a drill that works on a simple tactic and should help you win more matches.

In the video, you can watch Cade perform a drill that focuses on hitting forehands from the middle of the court. While Cade is hitting forehands from the middle of the court, he is trying to keep the ball from landing in the middle of the court on his opponent’s side.

We do four sets of 12 to 15 balls. Each time Cade hits the ball in the middle of the court or hits a ball into the net, he needs to do one tuck jump.

By practicing this drill it will teach you how to hit more forehands in your matches and hopefully win more points.

Have a watch and let us know what you think.
